Nottingham has gotten a bit of bad rap in recent years with a larger clubbing and pub
scene in Birmingham and better shopping in Leicester and Derby. However what is does
have is a city almost drowned in history, a vibrant café and restaurant culture and, with
a few hints and tips some hidden gems of nightspots for you to enjoy.
This website features a select offering of some of the venues we’ve found and enjoyed
(some we haven’t) and in all cases a blunt and honest appraisal of all. So if your'e off
out for the night, a meal, staying over or in need of a brief libation theres some useful
information for you here.
